About the ACFT Calculator

The Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) is the assessment of record for the physical fitness of US Army soldiers. It replaces the old APFT and consists of six events designed to measure muscular strength, power, speed, agility, and aerobic endurance.

Our Advanced ACFT Calculator uses the latest standards to help you determine your exact score. Whether you are aiming for a minimum passing score of 360 or maxing out at 600, this tool breaks down your performance event by event.

ACFT Events Explained

  • MDL (3 Repetition Maximum Deadlift): Measures lower body strength.
  • SPT (Standing Power Throw): Measures explosive power.
  • HRP (Hand-Release Push-up): Measures upper body endurance.
  • SDC (Sprint-Drag-Carry): Measures agility and anaerobic endurance.
  • PLK (Plank): Measures core strength.
  • 2MR (Two-Mile Run): Measures aerobic endurance.

How is the Score Calculated?

Each event is scored out of 100 points. The minimum passing score for each event is 60 points. To pass the ACFT, a soldier must achieve a total of at least 360 points (60 in each event).

Note: Scoring standards vary based on Age and Gender. Our calculator automatically adjusts the scoring scales based on the profile information you provide.
